Church Elder Board
Doug Desautell - Chairman
Michael Link - Preaching Elder

Doug Desautell became a follower of Jesus Christ at the age of 12. Meeting in college, he and his wife, Allison, were married not too long after graduating. They have three grown sons and recently became grandparents. Attending NCCF for 30 years, they have been involved in various ministries in the church during that time. Doug enjoys being on the worship team, playing guitar, working on their old house, and is an avid cyclist.

Michael Link grew up in a large family, in a small town, in Ohio as the third oldest of eight children. At a local church Vacation Bible School, Michael first learned of the Savior who took the punishment that he deserved, and that he could be forgiven of the wrong things he had done. He began to serve that Savior, and as an adult, Michael began doing ministry with the Discipleship of Church Planters and moved to New England with his new wife. His love for the church grew as did his family. Michael thought it may be best to focus on being a family man instead of a bi-vocational pastor, but the Lord had other plans, and Michael began serving at New Covenant Christian Fellowship as a teaching elder. His wife Christine is an active leader in the online cancer mother’s community, and leading Bible studies. His adult children (Jonathan and his wife Bethany, Juliette and her husband Ryan, Abigail, Karen with her husband Jacob, and Lydia) stand around him in New England, ministering in the churches they are in. The younger half of his family, which include Angel, Tristin, Travis, Violet, and Desmond are active in participating in singing in the service and Sunday School at NCCF.
Dan Frageorgia

Daniel Frageorgia grew up surrounded by the witness of Christian family members and came to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the age of 15. He met and married his wife Katie soon after graduating from College. They have been members of New Covenant Christian Fellowship for 14 years. Dan and Katie are raising 4 children. His occupation is within the medical software field. In his free time, Daniel enjoys fishing.
